Intro to AI Webinar Series

Hey teacher besties! I have some exciting news to share with you!

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 1st @ 3:00 pm EST!!!

We have so many demands on us as teachers. It leaves us feeling overwhelmed, tired and frustrated. With AI hitting the educational world, now we’re feeling intimidated by the new technology.

Don’t worry bestie, I got you!

Teaching with Machines has teamed up with Justin Germishuys, our Generative AI prompting guru, to offer an Intro to AI 3 part webinar series for language teachers.

Now, you don’t have to be a language teacher to participate, but some of the examples will be geared towards second language acquisition.

It will be a small cohort of 10-20 teachers. I want to make sure you feel engaged and can ask questions or add to the discussion.

  1. Intro to Generative AI and why teachers should learn about it

  2. Prompting for a language teacher to get the best results

  3. Practical examples of what AI can do for language teachers

The 1 hour sessions will be interactive and geared to supporting language teachers.

You can sign up for one of them or all of them.

Since this will take time to create and launch there will be a charge. But my partner and I agreed to a lower price for teachers (because well teacher salaries) and if there is any issues with actually paying for the webinar, but a huge interest on your part, we will keep a few spaces revered for those who can't swing the payment. Just leave a comment on the Google Form.

$20 a session

$50 for all 3 sessions

If you are interested in joining us, please fill out this Google Form and we will send you more information soon via email! Feel free to ask questions, just hit reply to this newsletter!

YAY! So excited. The cohort will fill up quickly, so be sure to fill out the Google Form!

Please share this newsletter with language teachers you know or others who may be interested!

Looking forward to learning with you, teacher bestie!
